At XOXOCART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 12 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 12 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Products that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Important Note

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return. Products returned after the 12-day return period may not be accepted.
